Privacy Policy

Snap (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is an interior design project management platform available at https://snap-nine-theta.vercel.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Snap.

By using Snap, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

When you sign in with Google, we receive:

• Your Google account name
• Your Google email address
• Your Google profile photo (if set)

We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Contacts, or any other Google service beyond identity information used for sign-in.

Data you create within Snap — projects, tasks, budgets, notes, documents, and team members — is stored in Firebase Firestore, operated by Google Cloud, under your workspace.

We use collected information solely to:

• Identify you within the app and associate you with your workspace
• Display your name and photo to your team members
• Send you to the correct workspace when you sign in

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or project data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

Each company that signs up for Snap operates in its own isolated workspace. Your projects, clients, tasks, and documents are accessible only to team members you explicitly invite. Other companies using Snap cannot see your workspace data.

As the operator of the underlying Firebase project, we have administrative backend access for the purposes of maintaining the infrastructure. We do not access, read, or use your project data for any commercial purpose.

Your data is retained in Firestore for as long as your workspace is active. If you wish to delete your workspace and all associated data, contact us at sales@additiveinn.com and we will action your request within 30 days.

Snap is built on the following third-party infrastructure:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication and database storage
• Vercel — Application hosting and delivery
• Google Sign-In — Federated identity authentication

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We do not control their data practices.

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Firebase Firestore access is protected by security rules that enforce workspace-level isolation. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely via Google's OAuth 2.0 system.

Snap is intended for business use by interior design professionals and their clients. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Snap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
