Terms of Service

By accessing or using Snap (“the app”, “we”, “our”) at https://snap-nine-theta.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply to all users — workspace owners, interior designers, and client users.

Snap is a project management platform designed for interior design firms. It enables teams to manage projects, collaborate with clients, track budgets, assign tasks, and communicate — all within a single workspace.

The core features of Snap are provided free of charge. Optional premium features may be introduced in the future. You will be notified before any charges apply.

Each company using Snap operates within its own isolated workspace. The person who creates the workspace is the “Owner” and is responsible for:

• Managing team members and their access levels
• Ensuring all content uploaded is lawful and appropriate
• Keeping their Google account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under their workspace

You must not share your workspace with competitors or use it to store data that belongs to another firm.

You agree not to use Snap to:

• Upload or share unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other workspaces or systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the app's code or data
• Use the platform for any purpose other than interior design project management
• Impersonate another person or company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

Your use of Snap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the app, you consent to our data practices as described there.

You retain full ownership of all data, projects, and content you create in your workspace. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your work.

Snap uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Optionally, you may connect Google Calendar for event sync. This permission is read-only and can be revoked at any time via your Google account settings.

We aim to keep Snap available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control (e.g. Firebase or Vercel outages).

We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or data unavailability.

Snap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including data loss, business interruption, or project delays.

Our total liability in any matter related to the app is limited to SGD $0, reflecting the free nature of the service.

The Snap name, logo, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of Additive Inn. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
